Corrections

Every sensitive fact in this directory carries a source and a date. If one is wrong or out of date, it should be fixed.

How corrections are handled

  1. The reported fact is checked against the source recorded for it.
  2. If the source has changed, the fact is re-sourced and the retrieval date updated.
  3. If no source can be confirmed, the fact is unpublished rather than adjusted to a guess.
  4. A reviewer approves the change before it appears publicly.

Current status

This is a staging build and no public reporting channel is open yet. Rather than collect reports into an unmonitored inbox, this page states the process and will carry a real contact route before launch.
